Here is an example of a total refurbishment for the Greenock Mains farm, part of Garpel Estate.

This project involved a complete strip out, with essential treatment for dampness etc, and included new floors, damp course and roof, with full re-wiring, plumbing, and all the lot re-instated and re decorated.
